The term 'Second Persian War' is artificial. The wars between Persia and various combinations of Greek city-states in the Eastern Mediterranean lasted for fifty years, and were not easily identified as First, Second etc. They began in 499 BCE with the Ionian Revoltin in western Asia Minor, then a punitive raid by Persia against Athens and Eretria for their participation in the Revolt, then an invasion of mainland Greece ten years later, then thirty years of sporadic battles with the Delian League led by Athens.

In this its is difficult to construct a First, Second, Third etc Persian War. However to directly answer a question on the end of the Persian Wars, in 449 BCE under the Peace of Callias, the Persias agreed not to intervene in Greek city-states outside their empire.
