Humans started migrating to Europe because their food sources (herds of animals) did so. In prehistoric times, humans typically followed herds of animals as a source of food. Europe also possessed many caves which protected people from the cold. In addition, groups of humans started becoming different than others. Those with lighter skin moved north to please their skin's melanin consumption. If they were had to stayed in Africa, they would have died from Vitamin D overdose. And vice versa, those with darker skin stayed in the warmer areas to consume more Vitamin D, and if they were have to moved north, they would've died from Vitamin D deficiency.
I don't know this. PLEASE HELP!
Humans don't migrate, but they were following the herds.
Early humans would have first gone to Europe. Australia is a island and early humans would have probably walked to europe far before they rode the ocean to Australia.

West Europe was first populated around 1.2 million years ago (Atapuerca). The Dominant Migration Period, also called the Barbarian Invasions or (wandering of the peoples), was a period of human migration that occurred during roughly 300 -700 AD in Europe,.
I believe that they originated in Europe during the Migration period (400-600AD)
