Wilton makes special coloring for chocolates and candies called "Candy Colors". JoAnn's and Michaels carry them, as would most any craft store that carries candy making supplies. You can not use regular food coloring because it is water-based. These Candy Colors" are oil-based and work with chocolate. (Chocolate and water don't mix). These are other companies that put out the paste/oil-type colorings. Do a web search and you will find many sites selling additional colors that Wilton does not make.
