the color of white chocolate is sometimes white or it could be normal color brown . Although commonly called "chocolate", confections that lack the key ingredient 'cocoa' aren't really chocolate at all. White "chocolate" is pretty much powdered sugar, water, butter and flavoring. There are also health benefits found in Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate... So, the darker the chocolate, the better! Literally! Its the color of evaporated milk. Off white to creme colored.

∙ 14y agoWilton makes special coloring for chocolates and candies called "Candy Colors". JoAnn's and Michaels carry them, as would most any craft store that carries candy making supplies. You can not use regular food coloring because it is water-based. These Candy Colors" are oil-based and work with chocolate. (Chocolate and water don't mix). These are other companies that put out the paste/oil-type colorings. Do a web search and you will find many sites selling additional colors that Wilton does not make.

∙ 13y agoWhite chocolate is a mixture of pure cocoa butter (no cocoa solids) milk, and sugar. In many commercial applications, there is also an amount of food grade wax used in the manufacture. It has much less "chocolate" aroma and taste that conventional chocolate, though many people like it. It is white or off-white in color.
