What animals mostly have gotten out of animal research comes from the research results we got from them. When we learn about an animal we can use that information to help protect them in the wild. It also helps use care for animals in zoos better.
Not only that, but it also helps us make bigger advancements in animal agriculture to find more efficient ways--as well as environmentally-friendly ways--to feed a growing population, including more research, for instance, in better grazing management and ways to limit or measure methane emissions from grazing livestock such as cattle.
Look I'm a vegetarian and I'm all for animal rights, but even though it is sad, animals need to be used! If they didn't it would be putting humans in risk. For example say a lab is testing a new medication for Diabetes, they test it on a rat, the rat dies from the medication, now the doctors from the lab know its not safe yet for people. There for the poor little rat died, but now people are saved from taking a medication that's fatal.

The director of the National Institutes of Health has said that virtually every major medical advance in the past century has depended upon studies involving laboratory animals. These advances include:
Furthermore, animal care and health continue to advance as a result of biomedical research. Experiments with animals led to discoveries that prevent and treat diseases among pet, farm, laboratory, and wild animals. Some examples include:
More than 90 percent of animals used in research are rats and mice bred specifically for that purpose by licensed suppliers. Large animals such as pigs, cattle, and sheep are supplied from agricultural sources. Dogs, cats rabbits and non-human primates usually come from scientific breeding centers.
Some alternatives to animal testing are providing faster results at lower costs. These include bacteria and cell cultures, chemical tests, computer models, and advanced statistical methods. Utilization of these methods and better analysis of test results have helped to reduce the number of animals needed for many experiments. Researchers avoid the use of animals when it is possible to do so and they continue to search for alternative methods. However, the use of animals remains an essential part of biomedical science because nothing can substitute for the complex functions of the whole living animal. New drugs, vaccines, and surgical procedures must still be evaluated in animals before they can be used on human patients.

Animal testing has stop bad effects of what ever is being tested to affect humans. However, it is the animal tested on that gets these effects so it is unfair to them, but it's the only way to test things on the closest thing to human.
Animals are used for research in advancements of biomedical, genetic, agricultural, behavioural, psychological, biochemical, biophysical and other types of research. Much of the technology and advancements in genetics, medicine, agriculture, technology and other aspects of life we've taken so much for granted could not have happened if animals were used for research.
No doubt the animal rights activists have their reasons to oppose research on animals, but it is a big fault to ignore how far along society has come along with research done on animals.
They can sue you if you commit unspeakable acts of cruelty on them to see what would happen to them trying out drugs cosmetics and other things.
you find out more about them
some ;0
NO they are animals that are not accurate on research.
Depending on the type of research; If the research is painful and inhumane I'd say no animals should be used. If the research is just to keep the animal and study it without pain, I'd say almost any animal.
it is used for research like discovering reefs and other animals
As far as I know, there is no prohibition in the Bible for animal research.
no!
They used animals to study body functions
They used animals to study body functions
cause animals differ from humans and they have different abilities and their abilities are based on their medical research
They are used for scientific research as well as warfare. Smaller submarines were used for scientific research (underwater animals, plants, etc.)
115 million worldwide.
they are allowed to but only certain humans can be used in research
Animals should not be used for drug development or medical research for the following reasons: Animals are killed and kept in captivity for the extent of their lives. A lot of the things tested on animals are never even used. It is expensive to keep animals alive for the sole purpose of testing drugs and other devices on them. Animals and humans are not the same.
