The Triceps muscle
Which of these muscles is not responsible for flexion or extension of the arm?
The contraction of a flexor allows the arm or leg to bend
To see eccentric contraction, look at the biceps curl with flexion around the elbow. As you lower a weight, you are working against resistance, letting the joint angle increase to lower that object under your control. The opposite is the concentric contraction were the arm is flexed upward to decrease the angle at the elbow.
Reciprocal innervation occurs when the prime mover contracts, such as the triceps in an arm extension and its antagonist -- the biceps -- relaxes. This allows the movement, say of a punch, to be ballistic rather than positional or gradual. The purpose of the antagonist is to stop the extension of the joint to avoid injury or to achieve a particular joint angle for a task, such as reaching for something.
The elbow connects the upper arm with the lower arm.
Chest compression involves flexing and extension of the arm muscles.
1; the extensor, but not the flexor

When the biceps contracts the triceps relaxes slowly. It happens when your arm is bent.
Because - if the arm is higher or lower than the heart - it will result in a false reading.

Look into a running board extension kit that will increase the drop of the running boards. Bestop makes one, it is the Extension Arm Kit, # B7513015.
The longest shower extension arm that I found was 15" . Majority of the shower extension arms that I found were 9 -10 inches long with a few at 12 inches. It should be noted that there was at least one 9 inch shower extension arm where two of them could be combined for a total of 18 inches.
Extension of the arm at the shoulder is due to:Latissimus DorsiPosterior fibers of the DeltoidTeres MajorExtension of the elbow joint is almost entirely due to triceps brachi

The biceps brachii muscle will contract, pulling the lower arm up.
