The above sounds like an ad to me. I haven't found it to be true, though; Cover Girl flakes off the fastest when I wear it, so I don't get that kind anymore.
MAC and Lancome stay on the longest on me, and they've got the widest range of shades. Of the two, MAC is the least expensive.
