Some humans back stab for several reasons:

* An individual who back stabs another is generally insecure in themselves * Envious or jealous of another person * A back stabber generally will cause drama where there is no drama * Back stabbers love gossip and if there is nothing to gossip about they may make up gossip (lies.) * Trying to climb the ladder of success by stepping on bodies of other individuals. * A back stabber can simply be nasty and cruel and enjoys hurting others. * A back stabber may feel they are not getting the credit due them and go after one or more individuals that seem to them to get all the breaks.
