The physician needs to consider if the patient has other health conditions that might be greatly affected by the use of anti B,such as liver, kidney diseases, heart problems, Myasthenia gravis. Also tobe considered are the medications the patient is currently on or has been prescribed since anti biotics could have react to this medication or not be effective at all. If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding since some anti B are known to pass thro breast milk.
