It actually comes out the spit valve located on the pipe under the bell

the part you blow on is the mouth piece. The wood part on the mouth piece is a reed. The metal part that holds the reed is a ligature. The part that connects the mouth piece to the black part is the crook, the things you press to make different sounds are keys, the metal part stinking out in the back is the thumb rest, and the part at the bottom of it where it kinda gets wider is the bell.
