As long as the 73 isn't a super beetle then yes they should fit.
The 1972 rear fenders are the same on the standard and super Beetles, there is a difference between the front fenders however.
Yes It will. no problems. might have to pull and tug when you put it on.
The 1975 regular Beetle windshield will fit the 1971 Super Beetle.
No, the hood will not fit. 1965 is pre-Super Beetle; 1973 is post Super Beetle. The 65 hood is going to be much more narrow and arched then a Super Beetle hood or anything past their early transitions to the Super beetle which started to transpire in June of 1971
front, no. the front valance is different and the headlamps are different. back, yes.
more than likely as they are the same body.
It should.. I have a 79 1600cc in my 65 beetle.
correct it will fit. be sure to take lots of pictures before you pull all of the wires off. so you have a diagram of where they go after.
You can fit quite a few. Here's the web address for one: http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/1973/volkswagen/beetle/carburetion/carburetor.html
They should interchange, the doors are identical and the hinges are the same.
People have done it but it's very hard. What WILL fit on your Beetle are the disc brakes from a 1969-on Karmann Ghia.
