If the first were a fitness skill, there would be billions of people lying flat on their face now. The second can be a sort of fitness skill if we look at people not falling when for instance they are running fast or jumping. Not falling when simply moving (let alone when sitting still) is not a fitness skill; anyone can do that without fitness training.
