Good Friday: Fish is traditional (snapper, jacks, grouper, grunts) along with green pigeon peas and rice and side dishes that include baked macaroni and cheese, potato salad, beets, cole slaw and fried plantains.

Hot Cross Buns, of course along with other desserts such as Guava Duff, Pineapple and Coconut Tarts.

After Friday, the meat comes out. Expect Easter Ham, along with regular side dishes as well as chicken, turkey, roast beef etc.

Easter Sunday and Monday are beach days, so this is a day for grilling meats such as chicken and pork as well as burgers and hot dogs.
