I'm from south Louisiana. New Orleans is our closest place that most people know about. First of all i would like to say that we do not all talk like the hard swamp people most of you see on tv. We eat normal food like most of america like Hamburgers, fish, french fries, soup, and all that. The only things different is that we eat crawfish, jambalaya, gumbo, and a few other "southern" foods. We also eat A LOT of seafood and well seasoned food.
