Zambians eat a wide variety of foods. The national food is Nisma, which is a thick dough eaten with a sauce made from beans, vegetables, or tomato soup with a meat. It is made from cornmeal, but can also be made from casava or millet. Breakfast usually includes tea and bread, sweet potatoes, or rice. Chibwabwa (boiled pumpkin leaves) and Ifisashi (any green veggie mixed with ground nuts) are also common foods. Fresh fruits and veggies are common in the rainy season when they are available. Beer is the favorite beverage.

it deepends who do you refer to as a zimbabwean. zimbabweans it everything that can fill the stomach but sadza is common of all. christian do not eat unclean food outlined in bible unless greedy or half christian like some who say all food must be clean

They sometimes try and catch fish with their hands, use sticky gunk to catch birds, have poisiness beans but peel the skin off and boli it sevaral times over.
