The Miami Indians originally lived in the lower Michigan Lake region , but gradually moved to Wisconsin to the Illinois region. Their main food was corn, although the women who did the gardening raised squash and beans. The men (and sometimes women) hunted bear, buffalo and deer which the women prepared and dried. They also would gather any berries or nuts that grew in the region.

If you mean the Eastern Woodlands Native Americans, that should be easy. They eat corn because its part of the 3 sister(3 type of plants). They use corn for like everything!Clothing AND food and more. They animals that they hunt are black bears, deer and other. They eat the meat of the black bear and the deer.Other parts of the body had uses too! Like the bones are used as sewing needles or other tools. The Eastern Woodland tribes i'm studying are The Iroquois(Haundonsunee) and the Lenape(Algonquin). some of my spelling for the tribes are WRONG!
