expands when you eat more and the less you eat the less your body will need food

try it 4 because 1 week u will improve and drink lots of water

Well, when on a diet you should for sure eat fruits & vegges STAY AWAY form the bread, noodles, rice, and anything made with wheat But in order to loose weight you can't only eat the right foods you also need to exercise at least 1 hour a day. You could run or walk a long way. Do pull up's,push ups You should try to have lettuce. But most of all you need to eat your meats. And make sure you balance your sugars and sours. But still be healthy while doing it. You should cut down on the calories and sugars. And MAKE SURE you DO NOT eat chips,cookie,brownies,cake & anything you might think is not healthy... GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT :D<3

Try and keep your food as close to it's natural state as possible. Think fresh fruit, vegetables, lean protein and wholegrains. Limit fruit to 2 servings per day and try to avoid carbs in the evening. Switch to low fat milk and reduced fat cheese if you can't cut cheese out altogether. Swop to brown bread and brown rice.

An example day:

Breakfast: fruit salad, low fat natural yoghurt and a sprinkle of nuts

Snack: 1 serving of fruit

Lunch: Baked sweet potato with tuna and beans

Snack: Carrot and celery sticks with small amount of avocado dip

Dinner: Fish, tofu or lean meat with green streamed veggies

Limit alcohol - it can make you feel more hungry than you are and could lead to unhealthy food choices. Cut it out altogether or limit to just one drink a day.

Always consult with your doctor before dieting. What worked for me was eating small portions 5-6 times a day. Don't starve yourself--this won't work. If it does it is only short term and the weight will come back and then some! Bring healthy snacks such as bananas, apples, low fat string cheese etc. with you so you have something to eat when your on the go. Also make sure you balance your diet with carbs, low sat fats & protein--low fat cottage cheese is a good source of protein. I'm not a doctor or dietitian but this is what worked for me!

There are many different schools of thought about dieting, and many different types of diets that people recommend. In general, eat nutritious food, fresh fruit are excellent, fish, vegetables, perhaps chicken (but not deep fried), etc. You diet is likely to succeed more on the basis of how much you eat, than on the basis of what specific food you eat, as long as you avoid food with a very high sugar content, the soft drinks, cake, ice cream, cookies, pies, etc. Those things are fattening.
