Well, when on a diet you should for sure eat fruits & vegges STAY AWAY form the bread, noodles, rice, and anything made with wheat But in order to loose weight you can't only eat the right foods you also need to exercise at least 1 hour a day. You could run or walk a long way. Do pull up's,push ups You should try to have lettuce. But most of all you need to eat your meats. And make sure you balance your sugars and sours. But still be healthy while doing it. You should cut down on the calories and sugars. And MAKE SURE you DO NOT eat chips,cookie,brownies,cake & anything you might think is not healthy... Try and keep your food as close to it's natural state as possible. Think fresh fruit, vegetables, lean protein and wholegrains. Limit fruit to 2 servings per day and try to avoid carbs in the evening. Switch to low fat milk and reduced fat cheese if you can't cut cheese out altogether. Swop to brown bread and brown rice.
