WOW is that wrong!
There is nothing wrong with saturated fat, and whoever tried to answer this question obviously has never studied nutrition. The body needs saturated fats, because we are animals we can break down animal proteins and fats much easier than chemical derived hydrogenated oils (crisco, canola oil, soy bean oil - aka TRANS FAT). Pasta, tortilla and potato chips are carbohydrates why on earth would a carbohydrate be loaded with saturated fat (unless you happen to dip your potato chips in lard). You can find copious amounts of saturated fats in animal and animal by-products, that means cheese, beef, chicken, yogurt (kinda), bacon etc.
At the end of the day saturated fat is amazingly healthy and can even help you lose weight (I'm not kidding! I've lost 10 lbs in a month eating cheese as my main source of protein).
