I recently went to bed hungry (it was a little difficult falling asleep but I was too tired to prepare something to eat). I had a dream in which I had ulcers in my stomach and a tair in my esophagus and was no longer able to eat solid food despite my hunger because of the damage.
The Actual Implication of a Banana and Dreams is not so much to eat before bed but more a Dream Symbolism :
However :
Eating a Banana or two is a relaxant ; three ( within the same hour ) would equal the amount required to lower one's blood pressure.
Same thing about Oranges :
A Banana within dreams is usually related to quality of efforts and/ or relationships : it is a "Comfort Food", observing Bananas in dreams ( and the Quality of that item ) is relative to the quality of such relationships in your " Deepest Opinion".
The Quality of one's Dreams are not effected by Food as much as Reactions to the Chemical Composition / combination of some foods on the body before sleeping.
Your Brain never actually sleeps : Dreams are interpretations by images of how you think or feel . Most Dreams are "nothing", while others can be Hazard Signals concerning the effects of certain foods on the body regardless of how much you like that food.
Many people do feel that food can affect your dreams. Foods believed to affect dreams are spicy foods, cheese, and turkey.
bananas !! (: they are fruit tropical and delicious(:
no
Any food that causes indigestion or abdominal distress for the individual can indirectly cause bad dreams for that person. The dreams merely reflect the physical discomfort. There is no specific food or group of foods that cause bad dreams for everyone.
NO No, particular foods do not cause nightmares or odd dreams. However, individuals who are sensitive to certain foods may have indigestion or discomfort during sleep. That discomfort - not the food itself - could impact the person's dreams.
it depends on what you ate before you went to sleep. Although many people believe that eating certain foods before sleeping will cause strange dreams or nightmares, this is only partially true. Lots of people are sensitive to various foods which might cause gas or indigestion. It is the discomfort from this indigestion which is reflected in dreams. The food itself has no effect on dreaming.
Foods eaten before bed have no direct affect on dreams. Dreams are produced by the subconscious mind and reflect one's emotions, thoughts, memories and experiences. > However, certain foods cause indigestion in certain individuals. Abdominal pain, gas or any digestive discomfort can disturb one's sleep, which in turn can result in disrupted dreams.
There is Some "Good Dreams" And "Bad Dreams"

Contrary to old tales, there are no special foods that are more likely to cause bad dreams than any other food. If an individual gets indigestion from some food, the indigestion and discomfort could disturb sleep or trigger bad dreams. But the food is not responsible.
Yes. Yes they can cause weird dreams for some people.
Abnormal dreams are the dreams which differ from the normal dreams. They generally scare the person. Cause them to feel uncomfortable.
There has been no positive correlation with dreams and foods. Some say they do not sleep as well if they eat a heavy meal/food within three hours of sleeping.
