well.........everone has different foods they cant eat.im not alergic to any food and i like most food except bear and deer.i have a friend that is allergic to allmost everthing (everthing food) i hope u didnt get afenned by that person who made this answer before me!!!:)

Humans require several basic nutrients in order to sustain health and active cell production. These include Protein, Starch, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, fat, pholic acids, citric acids, salt, and sugar. All of these things can be found in food commonly eaten by people around the world such as meat, vegetbles, bread, milk, cheese, eggs, fruit etc. The average human needs to consume between 1500 and 3000 calaries daily, depending on activity, weight, and body fat percentage. Many humans choose to eat animal matter to provide protein and calcium while others choose not to. But even vegetarians need protein to sustain themselves, which they can get from vegetable matter that is high in protein like beans or spinach.
