You can eat whatever you like during menstruation, some women avoid certai foods if they cause them problems - for example beans may incease bloating, or coffee may increase cramps, but otherwise there are no restrictions at all.
There are no foods that you shouldn't eat during your period, you can eat whatever you would eat normally. Unless you notice specific problems with certain foods then there's no reason to limit what you eat.
