All foods have calories. Low calorie foods are things like celery, cucumber, lettuce, etc.
Any foods that are high in sugar/fat but low in fruits/vegetables will be high in calories but low in vitamins. Donuts would be a prime example.
There are a lot of healthy foods to eat if you're on a diet, but the top weight loss foods are low calorie vegetables. Foods such as lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other vegetables have very few calories and high water content to help you feel full. They're so low in calories that you can almost eat as much of them as you want and lose weight. Don't confuse them with vegetables such as corn and carrots which are higher in calories and must be limited. Choosing the right vegetables to fill you up is a key to weight loss.

I have no idea for low in calories and high in fats and carbs. But I do now for foods that are high in calories but low in fats and carbs if this helps at all?: Tuna Pork Beans Eggs Protein shakes Low in calories/high in fat and carbs don't really go together since fat is approximately 9 calories per gram. High fat/high carb foods are quite caloric. I think you're out of luck on this one.
Some high fiber foods that are tasty but low in calories would be corn, white beans, black beans, kidney beans, avocado and whole wheat pasta just to name a few. They all taste great and low in calories. These would even be great thrown together for a quick chili.
Low calorie foods usually just include lots of fruits and vegetables. Naturally grown foods are usually low in calories. Don't eat too many red meats. Avoid sugar loaded goods.
Not exactly. Most foods high in proteins fall into 2 categories....meats and nuts. Meats can be high or low calorie, depending on the type and the cut (lean, or high-fat, for example). Almost all nuts contain healthy fats and oils, which are good for you, but tend to add a lot of calories.
Zero calorie foods are good for someone who is on a diet and are counting calories. It really depends on the diet you are on. While zero calorie foods might be low in calories some are high in carbs. If you are on a low carb diet, such as South Beach, this might effect your diet and do the opposite.
