Foods that helps us to remain healthy are called Protective Foods: eggs, spinach, carrots, milk, etc. It's a good idea to at least have this amount of food daily:
6 servings of grains
4 servings of dairy
3 servings of vegetables
3 servings of fruit
2 servings of meat and protein
and as little as possible of sweets and fats.
