A lot of them, for me it is salty foods.
The salt in the food dries out your tongue and throat, making you thirsty.
How about not eating starchy foods or just drinking more water instead.

Drink water but do not skull. Take small sips of water and soon you will no longer be thirsty. Also, afterwards eat some foods to help absorb the water.

Oily foods will dehydrate you. Much like alcohol, caffeine, or salty foods. Your body is just telling you that you need to replenish what you've lost.
Fruit juices are the first foods to get used up.
