Carbohydrates will help you sleep. My favorite nighttime snack is a rice cracker with a piece of cheese on it. It's important to not eat a heavy meal right before bed though because it could lead to indigestion and decrease your sleep quality. If you feel the pangs of hunger before you go to bed then have a light snack to hold you over until the next morning.
Before going to bed you should avoid a big dinner ! But don t eat nothing because otherwise you could feel some pain in your stomach in the morning !
