The force of gravity keep a bycicle on the ground.
The force to keep us and nearly everything else on the ground is GRAVITY.
21st century air force does, but not during the Viet War. The USAF ground troops are special ops personnel.
Centripetal force is a force that is required to exist to have a circular motion. Thus the centripetal force can be any force that is able to accomplish this task. Examples of centripetal forces are the gravitational force, the electromagnetic force, the frictional force, or the constraint forces. The centripetal force depends on the system that is involved in be in a spin of a rigid body, or of a planetary motion, etc. Each particular system that requires a rotation or a spin needs to have a corresponding centripetal force.

Gravity
The force of gravity is what keeps us on the ground.
gravity means the force that keeps the force up on the ground and the grip on the ground are ruff
The normal force acting on a book sitting on a desk is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the force of gravity pulling the book downward. This force prevents the book from falling through the desk and is what keeps the book in place.
Gravity keeps your feet on the ground. It is also what keeps every living and non living thing attached to the earth.
The force of gravity

The one that keeps YOU on the ground
The force of Earth's gravity keeps our feet firmly on the ground.
Gravity
Friction between your shoes and the ground is the force that keeps your feet from sliding as you walk. The rough texture of your shoe sole and the ground surface creates resistance against sliding motion.
