Probably just a mild form of illness probably food poisoning, you will probably get a bad stomach ache with nausea, sickness, diorrehea and hot flushes for a couple of days whilst your body tries to get rid of it out of your system. However I wouldn't advice that you eat a rotten sausage pizza because of the symptoms it leaves.
