The residents of the Crimea has voted themselves for accession to Russia and made their choice where they want to live.
When did Russia invade Ukraine, Moldova and Chechnya which is part of Russian Federation for more than 20+....So how can Russia invade Russia? I'm Ukrainian/ Russian from Republic of Crimea, but can't recall Russia invading Ukraine in the last 20+ years for sure...and before 1991 Ukraine was a state within Russia and never existed as a country...we became a country after the collapse of USSR...Your answer is not based on facts and smells of prejudice...In regards to Crimea...we as Crimean people do not feel invaded or annexed as most English sources label it...we voted at the Referendum ( you might want to read up as to what this ward means) and as a republic gladly split away from Ukraine and by mutual choice became part of Russian Federation as a an Atonomous Republic...white all our rights and our own government reinstated by Crimean people ( majority of which are Russian, some Ukrainian and some Tatar). If you don't know much about other people's land/country/ republic then go there and meet the people, learn their history and their views and feelings about their land and only then speak about us!!! Stop getting your info from mainstream media...that has its own agenda...please...
