The frequencies used for these excursions in the sixties were in the UHF band and never made public. It is anyone's guess if this will ever be made public as NASA is under no mandate to make it public, ever.
Today, frequencies used would probably also be in the UHF range, but is a very closely guarded secret, especially if you take into consideration the communication between Mars landed vehicles and earth.
