I had that replaced when I had a new fuel pump installed. The fuel filter is in the engine compartment on the passenger side. Look to where the fuel lines come up and see one of them enter into the fuel filter about the size of a small coffee cup. The other line (return) is clipped to the side of the supporting bracket holding the fuel filter. It is original parts and it is a listed Nissan part. You can get the filter for about $23.00 from an auto parts store and easily put it in yourself. Hope this helps.
