If you are asking about the funnel web spiders of the U.S. or Europe (and not the entirely different and highly dangerous spiders found in Australia), then you can figure that they will eat anything that falls upon their web and is neither too small to bother with (e.g., a fruit fly) or too big to be safe for the spider to tackle. So they probably would not eat a tree frog or a cicada. A cicada might well be able to fight its way out of the web very quickly. If it didn't and it got weaker and weaker, then the spider might rush out and bite it, go back into its funnel area and wait for the cicada to struggle a lot less, maybe rush out and give it another bite, and so on. Practically speaking, however, they are likely to catch lots of things like horse flies, moths, smaller butterflies, crickets, grasshoppers, In short, almost anything except for the very largest or very smallest of insects providing that the insect flies or jumps fairly close to the ground. Even another spider that blundered into its web and couldn't make a quick escape might get eaten. It's unlikely that they eat many earthworms for obvious reasons. Inch-worms, however, would be quite welcome. It's unlikely that they get many honeybees simply because honeybees do not fly much where there are no flowers and nectar. Maybe the occasional wasp gets eaten, but probably larger wasps and hornets would be too threatening and the spider would leave them alone until they had fought their way free of the web.
Funnelwebs eat insects and even frogs and lizards. Don't forget, they will even make an attempt to add you to their diet, so stay well away as their bite is potentially fatal!
