The bulbs on trailer look good.Lights on truck work.Might be ground not sure.Looks ok.
1998 ford f150 5.4 liter v8 triton 4x4 20 amp fuse is not blown but has no power to it for the trailer stop & turn but has running lights
Does it have trailer light wiring also? check that too.
Check the trailer light connections.
I own a ford f150 and my tail lights are not working, but my brake work. What could wire or what could be causing that.
drop the tailgatethen remove screw holding lights in bed
It has a separate fuse .I bet you have a trailer connection. The correct fuse is noted in the owners manual.
It's the number 14 Fuse.
yes
You probably have a shorted wire in the wiring harness going to the tail lights. There is a connector under the rear center of the bed for adding a trailer light set that would probably be a good place to start looking.
lower the tailgate, remove the 2 screws on the side when you lower the tailgate, pull assembly out and replace
Check the fuse panel under the hood and not there the fuse panel under driver-side dash or on the in that area
use a test light or a multimeter to check for power at the tail lights, check bulbs.
