The rights for women has been a long hard struggle. Women didn't get the right to vote until 1920 with the 19th amendment. The first woman fighter pilot wasn't until the early 1990's and still we only have a few women in Congress. Women have been making strides in buisness, but there is only a handful of women CEO"S today.
