NaCHO2 + CH3CO2H = 2H2O + NaC + CO2 + CH3 baking soda + vinegar = water + sodium carbonate + carbon dioxide +carbon hydroxide so i think the answer in carbon dioxide but check it first to be sure as i am only 14 :)
