Push ups and Pull ups though strengthening the arms are very different in how they work out those arm muscle groups. Pull ups as opposed to Chin ups are more difficult since they stress all the weight lifting on the arms and on the lats. Therefore for an intensive arm building exercise you cannot beat the Pull ups (think of it as a lat pull down). Push ups are different muscle groups of the arms and it also can have different results depending on where you place your hands. The closer the hands are to being below your chest the more work the arms do. As you place your hands further or wider apart in line with your chest the more you work the chest muscles. Think of it as a bench press. To add additional "weight" onto your hands for a tougher workout and faster growth of the arms and chest, raise your feet on a chair or stairs and keep going higher and higher. The reason you are working harder is because as you raise your feet it increases the percentage of body weight you are lifting each repetition. With both exercises form is incredibly important to get the max cut. Do not jerk or speed through them but make sure you perform them fluidly and slowly. Lower reps or properly done exercises will always beat the muscle growth of improperly done exercises. For the push ups from head to heal should be flat like a board and the only movement should come from the bending at the elbow, shoulder and wrist. As for chin ups your hands should be placed on the bar, shoulder width or more apart.
You remove the tampon in the same way that you inserted the tampon, you simply pull out. If your hymen gets in the way then gently push it back so you can pull the tampon out through the hymen.
