May fish have a little air bag inside them called a swim bladder they add or remove air from this sack so that they achieve neutral buoyancy in the water and thus do not have to exert energy to prevent themselves floating or sinking. If you bring a fish from great depth to the surface very quickly, the fish will not have time to remove air from the swim bladder and it will explode, killing the fish.
When divers collect fish at depth, to keep them alive, they have to stop and let air out of the swim bladders (with a needle) on the way up.
it is from the air bladder in there body so that's why wen u bring a fish to surface it
can destroy its buoyancy system
fish have what is called a swim bladder which air is let in and out
They have swim bladders
fish maintain buoyancy usind a organ near there gills wich fills with oxygen and keeps the fish afloat
stress?
No they cant really control gravity anyway...
The fish gains buoyancy and is able to rise in elevation .
swim bladder
they have an organ called a swim bladder. it is a buoyancy device
fish need to move through three dimensions and their buoyancy has to adjust so the fish can swim efficiently. they also create different pressures with their fins so they can maintain a certain depth in the water.
Fish have an gas-filled, internal swim bladder, whose buoyancy they regulate to keep from sinking or rising in the water.
They have organs called swim bladders, which balance the fish and keep them from floating.
The similarity lies in their use - the control of buoyancy.
The swim bladder is in animals that need something to help control their buoyancy. Sharks do not have swim bladders because they do not need this.
