eat healthy foods,such as fruits (2-3 serves a day ) veggies ( 5-6 serves a day) grains , such as dairy,cereals,pastas e.t.c (at least 5 serves a day) and meats or alternative ( 3-4 serves a day ) and drink plenty of water.
