A vinyl tile mastic like Mapei Ecobond will stick to metal.
An epoxy will bond glass to metal.
Super glue will not really stick on a brick as it will soak in too much through the porous surface. -This is definitely a case where a PVA glue is better than super glue.
The glue claiming it bonds the fastest would have to be crazy glue. After all, it's said to be crazy how fast the glue bonds from one item to another; giving it a rather funnily thought out name.
There is no metal that starts off as glue.

metal and nonmetal metal and metal It should also be noted that not all ionic bonds have metals in them.
Epoxy itself is glue that will hold to metal.
Silicone will do that.
Super glue can.
Epoxies are best for this kind of outdoor work.
Ionic bonds are unique in that they are strong bonds between a metal and an non-metal in the periodic table. The metal takes the electrons from the non-metal instead of covalent bonds which electrons are shared.
