There is no limit to the number of terms to which a member of the House of Representatives can be elected.
The Florida House of Representatives, one of the two Chambers of the Florida Legislature, is composed of 120 members, each representing a district.

The Oregon House of Representatives consists of 60 members who are elected to serve for two-year terms. Oregon has five representatives nationally in Congress (plus two senators).

Representatives are by district so Michigan has a number of them. If you give the district number a name or names of Representatives can be provided. To give you an example I am in California and we have 55 members in the House. My district is the 16th and one man is elected to that district.

Every state has exactly 2 US senators. They are each elected by the whole state. There are representatives in the House of Representatives, and the number of representatives is based on the various state populations. The larger the population of a state, the more representatives that state has. They represent various regions throughout the state, and the residents of a given region elects its representative.
The area represented by a member of the House of Representatives is called a congressional district. Congressional districts are based on population.
Members of the Senate are voted into office by voters in their respective states. Members of the House of Representatives are elected by voters in their district in their home state. They do not have to live in their district, but most do. Senators serve six-year terns, while representatives serve two-year terms.
