By grade I guess you mean octane? In that case I would stick to the "regular" at the pumps, which is around 89 octane. No point in going any higher, would only be a waste of money with gas prices being so high.
Regular unleaded is recommended.

Should be 5W-20, which is typical for Ford products with a gasoline engine.
