Not so much. Only small areas near the Rotterdam harbour. The main parts that where reclamed where in the former South Sea. The South sea was closed off from the North Sea after a 19 mile dam was created. Rivers fed fresh water to it and it became a like known as the ijselmeer. In the ijselmeer a large portion of land was reclaimed called the province of flevoland.
