She stays on Reach and inevitably dies like the remainder of the humans on the planet. Read the books for further questions. She most likely died from starvation because she stayed in a large underground cavern with a collection of covenant relics. dr Halsey had a high chance of survivng the glassing in the cavern but would inevitably run out of food

She was hit point blank with a hunter plasma cannon, and was trapped, along with the other Spartans + Dr. Halsey, in the forerunner sphere.

Correct but in the Book Fall of Reach it says she is dark haired. That is incorrect because in halo Reach the game it shows her and she is blonde.

Yes they did. Most Spartans died at Reach, however some Spartans (such as June), were actually missing along with Dr. Halsey.

Jun-A266, also known as Noble 3, was assigned to escort Dr. Halsey to ONI's CASTLE BASE on Reach underneath Menachite Mountain. Halsey made it safely to CASTLE BASE and presumably then survived the fall of Reach along with Delta Squad upon rescue by Master Chief and several other Spartans. While no record of death or anything beyond his mission to escort Halsey exists in the Halo Universe, we can assume he survives.

in a book, it says he survives, but in the game he is supposed to be dead. he may have been killed while returning after he escorted Dr. Halsey, or have been killed when part of reach was glassed. he is listed as MIA. he is probably dead, however.

Yes and No, they glass the planet yes, but their goal was Dr. Halsey and/or Cortana. Upon their escape of reach the pillar of automn make a random slipspace jump as stated in the cole protocol unfortunatley they were followed by the covenant and both landed on Halo kicking off this amazing series we have all came to know and love.
