She was held in the Tower with Katherine, went insane, and was executed for treason. Thomas Culpepper also grusomely raped and killed a local girl, also killing her husband when he came to her aid. Both of these crimes were pardoned by Henry VIII as Thomas was a favorite and constant companion to him.
