First the Solid Rocket Boosters (SRB) parachute into the sea. Then the External Tank (ET) comes off and disintegrates in the atmosphere. The shuttle orbits the Earth. It may dock with a satellite then re-enters the earths atmosphere and lands. If all goes correctly.
the shuttle took off on January 28th 1986
ty kitty kats was the first black women in space
Rocket fuel (called propellant) requires a lot of energy to produce the thrust necessary to move a space-bound vehicle beyond the pull of Earth's gravity. The NASA Space Shuttle was launched into space by the use two re-usable solid rocket motors, or RSRMs. Their propellant was a solid rocket fuel and when it burned, it caused a controlled explosion directed out the nozzle, causing enough force to move the Shuttle and the External Tank into low Earth orbit.
Most shutttles take off from the space center in FLA.
If a Jew removes a necklace he is wearing, then he is no longer wearing a necklace. There is no necklace with any religious significance in Judaism. If Jews wear necklaces they are ornamental, like earrings.
After the space shuttle takes off, it goes into outer space. The astronauts in the space ship keep in contact with the people in case they need help, but are on their own for the most part.
It masses increases and the weight increases
Any space shuttle takes of at 80 th 90 miles per hour that's fast
thats the fuel tank
the space shuttle takes off like a rocket flies around the earth like a bird and lands like an airoplane
They call it space junk because they just brake off and get left in space
it creates a 5.836 tones of pollution
because it is the water vapour is evaporating
It takes 2 days. You might think that that's a long time for a space shuttle to go to the space station. Especially when you know that it takes about 2 minutes for the space shuttle to go into space. But here's why: The space station is orbiting the earth, and so will the space shuttle when it goes into space. If it goes faster though, it will fly away from the earth's atmosphere and get lost in outer space. So the Space Shuttle goes slightly faster so it will catch up, but not too fast so that it will fly off into outer space. That's why it takes 2 days.
Space shuttle (retired).
a space shuttle blasts off to space containing people and other organisms or devices. we discovered space through a telescope, and explored it with a space shuttle.
The space shuttle is big just like the Orion. And they both get send off into space
