Unless he or she has or had another colleague present at the time of arrest who may have made separate notes,or some sort of recording or transcript is in place to back up the evidence..this case looks "WEAK" in my opinion,and perhaps a criminal lawyer may kick up a fuss and fight to have the matter dismissed on the grounds of "unreliable evidence".
