Yes, it is wrong.
Per Islam religion, it is forbidden for a Muslim man to kiss (or to be kissed by) any girl (Muslim or non Muslim) or to practice any kind of touch with her unless she is licitly married to you.
Some may claim that why not and that it is love to be appreciated. Those should know that if you are committed to a certain faith you should follow its rules and instructions. One should know that this life is not the end. You have another eternal life following the day of Judgment where you will be judged by God either to be accepted in His Paradise per His mercy or you will be pushed in His Hell fire if you didn't love God more than anything else. This love that encourages you to follow God instructions and commands.
