That's pretty hard to do. Riboflavin is one of the water soluble B vitamins and has a very, very low possibility of toxicity from getting too much. Maybe in the past you have taken a multi-vitamin and noticed your urine was a brighter yellowish color in the following couple hours. Riboflavin is the vitamin primarily responsible for that. Taking more than your body needs should just pass it into the urine stream.
Riboflavin deficiency, known as ariboflavinosis, is usually accompanied by other nutrient deficiencies and may specifically lead to deficiencies of vitamin B6 and niacin. It is not known how common riboflavin deficiency is in the United States because its symptoms-which include sore throat, magenta tongue, cracks and sores on the outside of the mouth, dry and flaky skin, and dandruff-are not as severe as the other nutrient deficiencies that may accompany it. Thus, ariboflavinosis may be underdiagnosed.
It causes the ariboflavinosis or the riboflavin deficiency. Lack of tissue growth is a major symptom due to the lack of FAD which is major coenzyme in the production of ATP.
your body goes through a metamorphosis of sorts, and you become a witch, and must be burned at the stake.

There are no known effects of riboflavin (B2) toxicity (too much), but dermatitis can result from riboflavin deficiency.
Riboflavin deficiency can be treated with supplemental riboflavin (0.5 mg/kg body weight per day) until the symptoms disappear.

B vitamins also help the body metabolize fats and protein, and are necessary for healthy skin, hair, eyes, liver, and proper functioning of the nervous system.
