You can be arrested for obstruction
What happens if u impersonate a police officer over the phone
then theyre out of a home
you get hung
That person is guilty of murder
It sounds from the question, as if the defendant was charged for TWO offenses. The one for which he was arrested, and the obstruction charge (when he apparently 'resisted' the arrest). . The question indicates that he was found not guilty of the original arrest charge, but WAS found guilty of obstructing the officer.
yes....if that citizen happens to be a police officer
the information gets logged in the dispatch computer or officer's log
If the police and the prosecuting attorney can't prove you are guilty the case gets thrown out, innocent until proven guilty. As far as your written statement, you would have to explain some reason why you would lie (you were coerced by the police, drunk, someone paid you)
the case is continued for another date
False
Tricky question, but i know it! When a police officer is killed, the others must deal with the enemy first. They also shoot the enemy then bury the policeman/woman. Written by Wikiman!
That depends entirely on your relationship with the arresting officer. If you are difficult then it is likely that the officer will be difficult in response. However, if you threaten him/her,they might...but dont.you could get arrested LONGER for assaulting a police officer.
