if he does too much exercise his heart will be bumping so fast that it wil stop and then it will die
not much actually but you are supposed to exercise 5 times a week and it is enough .if you very fat you should exercise regularly but if not you should exercise 5 times a week as recomended
they develop good bodies. too much exercise though can cause freakish builds that you see on television.

Children can exercise..... it wont hurt them, they just dont have as much stamina and strength as adults do. But kids are/can be more agile on their feet due to their young age.
