If you don't eat, the habit turns into anorexia. If you also exercise, you would lose even more weight and it would turn into a critical condition.
You will obviously have less energy. I have experimented the effects of eating and not eating before exercise. I concluded that when I have something to eat before exercise (not necessarily right before exercise) I am able to run for a longer period than when I do not consume anything.

Everyone must eat. It is a matter of how many calories they take in and how many they burn with proper exercise. It is a balance of intake and usage.

Well, bacon is a greasy fatty food. If you eat a lot of it and do not get enough exercise you could gain weight. You could develpoe other problems from weight.
