Well i think if you dont have a healthy heart you will dide or got a bad illness!!!! I am not exactlly sure but you know what just to be on the safe side make sure you watch what you eat and exercise!!!! So you will have a healthy heart!!!!! :)
Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.

5 pounds/week is too steep to be recommended, that loss rate isn't healthy. And the big thing to losing weight isn't in exercise, but in eating sensibly. Not many people are fit enough or have time enough to be able to lose any significant weight solely through exercise.
